Linda Gray is a Licensed Conveyancer with 11 years experience. She is accustomed to handling a caseload of both freehold and leasehold property transactions including re-mortgages and annuities some with a value in excess of £1,000,000.00. Prior to joining Nichols Marcy Dawson in 2007 she worked for a busy firm of solicitors in Richmond where for the last five years she ran the conveyancing department.
She is used to dealing with a large volume of work and deals with all aspects of the conveyancing process including the drafting of the appropriate documents, liaising with local estate agents, mortgagees and other solicitors. She believes it is important to maintain good communications with the client and other parties involved in the transaction to keep them fully appraised of the situation.

She achieves this through a combination of telephone calls, correspondence and meeting face to face with clients to sign the relevant documentation.
Away from work she is interested in various craft activities, experiencing other cultures including independent trips to South Africa, Australia and USA and yoga. She is also involved in Guiding, having run a Brownie Pack for the last 20 years.
