| Christopher Mitchell is a partner in the property department having previously been a partner together with Richard Dawson of Hermitage Dawson before Nichols Marcy Dawson was formed by way of a merger of Hermitage Dawson and R. Nichols Marcy. He was born and bred in the area and was educated locally before going to Guildford Law School.
He has over 25 years experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. He has a wealth of conveyancing experience and deals with all aspects of residential property from sales, purchases and mortgages to lease extensions including leasehold flats and the largest freehold properties.

He works closely with the local estate agents and other property professionals.
Away from work he is interested in most sports and is a keen golfer. He is a father of four.
