| Charles Coller is the partner in charge of the Family Department.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1972, initially undertaking work in various aspects of law. For over 30 years he has specialised in family work and has a great breadth of knowledge and understanding of Family and Children Law.
Charles is a member of the Law Society and of Resolution, (which was formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association)
- He qualified through Resolution as a Family Mediator.
- He is a trained Collaborative Lawyer with Resolution.
- He is a member of the Law Society's Children's Panel.

Charles also has considerable experience advising in and resolving family inheritance and Will disputes. He is also asked to intervene in other types of dispute to try to negotiate matters that might otherwise be dealt with by the courts.
Charles is regarded as a highly competent lawyer and an effective advocate of his client's case. He has an understanding of his client's needs and provides clear advice and effective management to the individual's case.
